PSL Metrology Group is a division of Plasma Solutions Limited. Established in 2000, Plasma Solutions Limited is a reputable and professional SME with a proven track record of delivering specialized equipment service support at many world leading IC manufacturers and OEM companies.
Originally (2000 - 2009) the Company delivered contract service and technical support of various front-end OEM processing equimpent such as Applied Materials, Novellus, Tokyo Electron & ASML amongst others.
In 2010 the company changed direction to providing expert level maintenance training and technical support on KLA Tencor Inc and other metrology equipment, it is our vision to become the premier metrology equipment maintenance & training company, delivering immediate return on investment to our customers.
